✨ Personality & Working Ability

Stella Rose is the heart and boss of HD Poodles. Standing at 25" and weighing 55 lbs, she’s a bold yet nurturing presence in our pack — confident, composed, and endlessly versatile. Stella is a task-trained service dog with real-world experience, having logged countless hours in therapy and emotional support work for private organizations.

Stella has a low to medium overall drive and a medium to high prey drive, which makes her an enthusiastic tracker and retriever. She shines in obedience settings with her reliable focus and calm energy — but don't let that fool you! She loves to cut loose, romping through ponds, lakes, and wooded trails like a true working dog.

Currently preparing for her hunt test, Stella exhibits strong natural retrieve drive, excellent bird focus, and confidence in water environments. She is a well-balanced dog who has successfully produced puppies suited for service work, sport homes, and active companions.

Stella is fully health tested and holds a CHIC number through OFA. She exceeds breed testing standards, with all results clear and documented:

  • Patellas: Normal

  • Eyes (CAER): Clear

  • Heart (Auscultation & Echo): Normal

  • Dentition: Full, Correct Bite

  • Genetic Panel (Embark/Optimal Selection):

    • Color, coat, and diversity testing complete

Stella is a proven dam known for producing offspring with calm, trainable temperaments and excellent working potential. Her puppies have gone on to become service dogs, sport dogs, and confident family companions.

She brings size, structure, and workability to our program, paired with a gentle spirit and an elegant, adaptable presence. Whether in a kennel trim or sporting a field clip, Stella shines inside and out.

22" at withers | 40 lbs | Black/White Parti Female

✨ Personality & Working Ability

Emery is a confident, biddable, and athletic female who thrives in performance environments. She is especially passionate about nose work, NASDA, and Barn Hunt, where her scenting and problem-solving instincts shine. Emery has a medium drive, low to medium prey drive, and an outstanding "on switch" — always ready to work, but content to settle with her people.

She’s naturally aloof with strangers but bonds deeply with her people. A fearless hiker and climber, Emery loves adventure and pushing boundaries. Though not a fan of the conformation ring, she was privately evaluated by three judges to confirm her structure and correctness — and she passed with excellent remarks.

She represents our parti line, and we are proud of what she contributes to the HD Poodles program.
